Watertest Systems has been manufacturing chemical products in our Sydney facilities for over 30 years. We have a great deal of industrial experience, with chemistry as well as manufacturing. Our current facility is a modern plant in Minto NSW. This plant was fitted out for the manufacture of our own products being laboratory reagents and process chemicals. In recent years we have made these facilities available for contract manufacturing, down packing, repacking and labelling.
We have equipment for mixing both liquid and powders, a typical manufacturing batch of liquids is 50-5,000 litres, for powers 5-25 kg. For liquids we can pack off bottles as small as 15 ml and currently as large as IBCs. For powders we typical pack off into 20-1000 gm lots.
All production is supervised by graduate chemists, all work is quality checked in our QC laboratory, and all work is documented. We can also produce labels and SDSs for all product we manufacture.
